L’atelier de poterie-Brigitte Bocquet

The workshop offers an original selection of decorative and utilitarian pottery in the colors of Provence.
Brigitte Bocquet will talk about his work and you will discover his latest creations. After studying art in Paris, she came to live as a potter in this village since more than 35 years.
She shapes the earth, then turns her pieces then decorate with differents colored coatings land prepared by herself. She loves to make everyday items for the home or garden : dishes, bowls, pitchers, plates, vases and other decorative items Provence colored.
The observation of nature that surrounds it is an inexhaustible source. Forms, seeds, flowers, colors and graphics are animate objects made entirely in the workshop located outside the village.
