Unmissable : Nyons (place des arcades, early medieval bridge, old ‘château-vieux’ and medieval keep, ‘Tour randonne’, ‘Maison du Dauphin’, ‘quartier des Forts’, archaeological museum,’ jardin des arômes’, oil mills, ‘Bleu Provence’ distilley, vinegar manufactory, micro-brewery, ‘espace Vignolis’ (former mills, ‘scourtinerie’ [mat making]). Mollans-sur-Ouvèze (fountains, bridge-chapel, oil mills). Buis-les-Baronnies (old town, gate of the former Ursulines chapel, ‘digue’ esplanade, olive oil mills, ‘Maison et jardin des plantes’. Gorges d’Ubrieux. Hilltop villages : Venterol (alleys and Romanesque church) and Vinsobres (of wine fame) on a remarkable road.
