La Ferme de Coucou is a family-run, organic, mixed-crop farm.
We are pleased to offer you goat's cheese, cherries, apricots, nectar and jam made from our fruit, as well as our lavender essential oils.
Description
Ferme de Coucou, located in Sahune by Arpavon and perched at an altitude of 745 meters, is a family-run organic polyculture farm.
A herd of some forty Anglo-Nubian goats graze daily in natural wooded areas or in fields of forage crops, surrounded by lavender, apricot, cherry and other fruit trees.
Our goats are cared for, if need be, with natural remedies (homeopathy, clay...) and their young are raised under their mothers.
Pénélope, Rania, Sirène and their friends are milked every morning before going out to pasture, while the milk they give us arrives at the cheese dairy to be transformed into delicious raw-milk cheeses, matured with care and love.
In addition to the various goat cheeses, we produce cherries and apricots, and nectar and jam from our fruit. We also distill our lavender into essential oils.
All our production is organic.
