DAY 1:

11:00am : Guided tour of the handmade vinegar factory « La Para », in Nyons (350m)
You will discover all the secrets of vinegar. Its origin, production and use. Raphaël Delaye Reynaud flavors the good "Côtes du Rhône" wines with local aromatic plants. These wines slowly turn into vinegar. Tasting after the visit.

12:30pm : Lunch at the restaurant « Un Goût à l’Autre » in Nyons (140m)
Situated in the heart of Nyons, Christophe, the Chef, offers traditional cuisine only based on fresh seasonal products (Master Restorer). Menu: aperitif, starter, main course and dessert (drinks not included).

2:30pm : Free afternoon in Nyons OR Vineyard ride around Nyons

Take your time to stroll the provençales streets of Nyons or leave for a ride around vineyards.
Discover the "Côtes du Rhône" vineyards by following a eight stops tour with panels explaining the territory, its history, heritage and its characteristics (22km, 1h30, by car or 2-wheels).

4:30pm : Welcome to your bed & breakfast « Le Domaine de Provensol » in Venterol (5,9km)
Mr. and Mrs Thouroude welcome you in a peaceful landscape surrounded by nature. Relax in your comfortable guest room in the old fortified farm estate (plus access to the Jacuzzi on demand).

6:00pm : Visit of the vineyard « Domaine de Provensol », wine tasting and olives aperitif
You will discover throughout the visit, authentic and organic wines. You will learn about winemaking, livestock barrels and oak casks. The visit will end with wine tasting and aperitif around the Nyons olive AOP.

7:30pm : Dinner at your table d'hôte.
Enjoy a wonderful meal "like at home" accompanied by the wines of the estate.


DAY 2:

From 8:00am: Breakfast.

10:30am : Guided tour of the biscuit factory « Biscuiterie de Provence », in St-Maurice-sur-Eygues (17,9km)
You'll be welcomed at the shop and we'll tell you about the history of this biscuit factory. Tasting after the visit.

12:30pm : Lunch at the restaurant « l’Auberge du Petit Bistrot », in Vinsobres (7,2km)
Lunch under a large sunny veranda, or on the terrace next to the village fountain. Oenotouristic menu: gourmet plate, homemade dessert and a glass of Cru Vinsobres (excellent vineyard).

2:30pm : Free afternoon.

5:00pm : Visit of the vineyard « Domaine de l’Ancienne École », wine tasting and cold cuts, in Vinsobres (4,5km)
This family vineyard offers organic wines. You will discover the cellar, in a beautiful location, surrounded by vines and lavender fields, with a view over the Mount Ventoux and Alpine foothills. Wine and cold cuts tasting after the visit.

7:30pm : Dinner at your table d'hôte (16,4km)
Enjoy a wonderful meal "like at home" accompanied by the wines of the estate.


DAY 3:

From 8:00am: Breakfast.

10:30am : Visit of the vineyard« Domaine Saint Luc », and rustic picnic, in La-Baume-de-Transit (24,2km)
This vineyard offers "Grignan-les-Adhémar" wines, taste like fruits, truffles and lavender, and "Côtes du Rhône Villages" wines, more spicy. Each wine of "Domaine Saint Luc" is a festival for your senses and a representation of our land.

12:00pm : Rustic picnic at the vineyard "Domaine Saint Luc", in La Baume-de-Transit
You will enjoy a rustic picnic with fresh and local products.

2:30pm : Free visit of the Castle Suze-la-Rousse and the "Jardin des Vignes" (30,2km)
Enjoy a unique journey through time and space , learn about the history, heritage and wine activities in Drôme. In the garden is gathered a collection of over 70 varieties of grapes.

16:30pm : End of your stay.
