DAY 1 : Nyons

From 10:30am : Welcome to the tourist office of Nyons
You will receive your travel guide, indispensable element for your stay..

11:00am : Visit of the "Scourtinerie", in Nyons (750m)
Established in 1882, this factory makes "scourtin", a provençal word for filter of olive oil made with coconut fibre. Nowadays, we can visit the old workshop where they still produce "scourtin" for olive and wine industries, and also coloured carpets and tablemats.

12:00pm : Lunch at the restaurant « Un Goût à l’Autre » in Nyons (150m)
Situated in the heart of Nyons, Christophe, the Chef, offers traditional cuisine only based on fresh seasonal products (Master Restorer). Menu: aperitif, starter, main course and dessert (drinks are not included).

2:00pm : Guided tour of the handmade vinegar factory « La Para », in Nyons (550m)
You will discover all the secrets of vinegar. Its origin, production and use. Raphaël Delaye Reynaud flavors the good "Côtes du Rhône" wines with local aromatic plants. These wines slowly turn into vinegar. Tasting after the visit.

3:30pm : Wellness break at « Quintessence Beauty Salon », in Nyons (4,3kms)
(Choice between hammam or jacuzzi and Swedish massage or deep tissue massage)
At the heart of an olive grove, you will live a unique sensory experience in a soothing setting: try the hammam or jacuzzi for about 15 minutes, and then enjoy a massage of 30 minutes.

From 6:00pm : Welcome to your 3-star hotel « La Bastide des Monges » in Nyons (2,5kms)
Agathe and Thomas welcome you in our Provencal farmhouse. 10 well decorated bedrooms, a nice restaurant room and its patio surrounded by nature. Heated swimming-pool.

DAY 2 : Buis-les-Baronnies

Breakfast.

9:00am : Go get your electric bikes at "Camp de Base E-cyclo", in Nyons (3,7km)
Each day, you will discover a new tour off the beaten track, throw beautiful landscapes of the Baronnies. Ride for pleasure, enjoy richness of Provence and live a unique experience thanks to this accessible leasure!
(Equipment included: electric bike adapted to you, helmet, bags, trailer and maps on app).

In the morning : Let's go to Buis-les-Baronnies ! (32kms, about 2hrs)
You will ride throw vineyards and olive trees, near the Mount Ventoux. This first day on your bike offers you splendid views over the Baronnies mountains, between the Alpes and the Provence.

12:30pm : Lunch at the restaurant « Chez Max », in Buis-les-Baronnies (70m)
Max, the Chef is using local and seasonnal produces. You will appreciate the vaulted room or the terrace under the arches. Menu: starter, main course and dessert (a glass of wine and coffee incuded).

From 3:00pm : Welcome to your 3-star hotel « Les Arcades », in Buis-les-Baronnies (20m)
Enjoy the quiet and change of scene of this 400m² space at the heart of the historical centre. Relax near the heated swimming-pool (from mid-April to mid-November) or the wellness area (surcharge). Then, discover your spacious and comfortable room (from 21 to 30m², air-conditionning, shower and toilet).

3:30pm : Walk in the historic centre of Buis-les-Baronnies

Take your time to discover this lovely medieval village, stroll the tiny streets and admire the beautiful arches square. You will also enjoy the renowned plants specialist shop « La Maison Laget » since 1947.

6:00pm : Wellness break at « Espace Bien-être », in Buis-les-Baronnies (180m)
(Massage OR plantar reflexology)
After so much effort, you will enjoy the benefits of a massage with organic camelina essential oil. 30 minutes of relaxation one after the other, adapted to your needs to take the fatigue out and reach a deep relaxation.

DAY 3 : Montbrun-les-Bains

Breakfast.

In the morning : Let's go to Montbrun-les-Bains ! (27kms, about 1.50hrs)
Reach the Fontaube Pass without any difficulties and discover mountainous landscapes of this remarkable road. Take a break to Brantes, a small village hang on a hill, in front of the Mount Ventoux ! Continue to Montbrun-les-Bains, listed as one of the "Plus Beaux Villages de France"(*) (maps in your travel guide)

12:30pm : Gourmet lunch at the restaurant "L'O des Sources"
The restaurant is situated in an outstanding location, listed on the Routard guide and directed by two professionals of whom Ludovic Monier, Escoffier's disciples. The restaurant also have a panoramic view over the village of Montbrun-les-Bains and the Mount Ventoux. Menu: starter, main course, cheese or dessert (drinks are not included)

From 2:30pm : Entrance to the thermal baths of Montbrun-les-Bains (350m)
(Make sure you have bathing truncks, clean flip-flop and hairband).
A wellness area with hammam, sauna, solarium and panoramic Jacuzzi. You can also enjoy a care or a massage with natural and herbal products (in addition to the price of your stay). A relaxing moment under the sun of the Baronnies!

From 6:00pm : Welcome to your bed and breakfast « Le Mas de Reilhanette », in Reilhanette (1,8kms)
In the Regional Natural Park of Baronnies provençales, near the Mount Ventoux and the beautiful villages of Reilhanette and Montbrun-les-Bains, you are welcome here for a peaceful stay.

DAY 4 : Around Montbrun-les-Bains

Breakfast.

In the morning : Let's go to Sault ! (12kms, about 50 mins)
The village of Sault is renowned for the cultivation of lavander and a rich past.

10:30am : Free visit of the distillery « Aroma’Plantes », in Sault
Aroma'Plantes is a family farm where you will learn more about lavander, aromatic and medicinal plants.

Free lunch.

2:30pm : Palmar reflexology with organic lavender essential oil in « Château de la Gabelle » in Ferrassières (12kms, about 40 mins)
A moment for you to rest and relax (30 minutes per person).

In the afternoon : Let's go back to Montbrun-les-Bains ! (20kms by the l'Homme Mort pass, about 1.30hrs)

DAY 5 : Ste-Jalle

Breakfast.

9:00am : Let's go to Ste-Jalle ! (35kms, about 2hrs)
When you follow Toulourenc Gorges, you can stop to Aulan, a small village settled around its beautiful middle ages castel. Then, enjoy lavander and apricots fields along the Peyruergue Pass.

11:00pm : Visit of the vineyard « Domaine du Rieu Frais » and rustic picnic, in Ste Jalle
You will discover throughout the visit, authentic and organic wines. You will learn about winemaking, livestock barrels and oak casks. The visit will end with wine tasting and a rustic picnic with local products.

In the afternoon : Let's go to Nyons ! (19kms, about 1hr)
You will ride along the Eygues River.

4:30pm : Return of the electric bikes to « Camp de Base E-cyclo », in Nyons
