This renowned market takes place every thursday and all the squares of the city welcome local merchants.

12:00: Lunch at a restaurant

2:30pm: Guided tour of “La Maison des Huiles et Olives de France”, in Nyons
Immersive experience into the world of olives and olive trees. Your senses are awakening and used to discover the fruit, the oil and all its univers (cuisine, biodiversity, health, history...)

4:15pm: Guided tour of "La Scourtinerie", in Nyons
Established in 1882, this factory makes "scourtin", a provençal word for filter of olive oil made with coconut fibre. Nowadays, we can visit the old workshop where they still produce "scourtin" for olive and wine industries, and also decoration, coloured carpets and tablemats.
